Proper timing is critical for success with Secretagogue / Releaser programs

Optimized success with this program will require planning & discipline.

 Goal: proper utilization of synergistic & cooperating elements to optimize our current status & then to extend the optimized years.

  • No food for 2 - 3 hours pre Secretagogue Stack Supplementation.

  • No food for 45 minutes ( minimum ) post stack.

  • Stack 30 - 45 minutes pre exercise.

  • Eat a high protein meal within 30 - 45 minutes post exercise.

  1. In order for the Amino Acids to act as secretagogues the stomach should be empty for optimum absorption.  

    1. No food for 2 - 3 hours pre secretagogue supplementation is necessary for the amino acids to be used as secretagogues not as protein.

    2. Carbohydrates / sugar decrease the secretion of HGH by the Anterior Pituitary.

      1. If a HGH product has sugar ( carbs ) in it, it is not optimized!

  2. No food for at least 45 minutes post supplementation.  A high protein low carb meal 1.5 - 2 hours post stack will provide an additional HGH pulse.

 

    

1st thing in the Morning.
